Create template code for title and end slides #52

Need HTML/CSS for title and end slides, as this is different than the four templates I have now.

Actually, this should already be there, it is case 0: slideClass = "slide-template slide-template-full-image slide-template-project-slide";

But it would need to pull in the title, description, and image from the Title/End slide data into the right spots.

Later we might want to refine how this looks, but for now, this is fine.
