add China domain & add more test #1

1 add more domains according to here 2 add test for 90dns.test , ctest.cdn.nintendo.net, conntest.nintendowifi.net 3 add notification with Internet disconnection

Thanks for the pull request. I'll accept a change with just the Chinese URLs but I dont think hardcoding the 90DNS IPs the way to go. This utility is useful for testing general connection blocking, be it 90DNS, self hosting 90DNS or just blocking the various domains yourself. Checking for "valid" domains essentially locks people to using the 90DNS at 163.172.141.219 and 207.246.121.77
