No 1.6.3 download available for Synology x86_64 #962

When I browse here: https://[mega.nz/folder/ogBQnbKa#CoRlU5uarTf4XpY3TbPELQ](https://mega.nz/folder/ogBQnbKa#CoRlU5uarTf4XpY3TbPELQ) I see 1.6.3 for other platforms but not x86_64. I tried following the build instructions but the PDFs referenced aren't available, nor do I see a DSM 7 folder here: Synology Open Source Project - Browse /Packages at SourceForge.net

Is there somewhere else I can get the 1.6.3 package?
