Pause download not behaving correctly on Windows 10 #126

When I click on Pause in the "transfer manager" (pause button in the bottom left beside the "cancel all" one), I noticed a high CPU usage in the task manager and the fact that download is still happening in the background. I managed to get around this by manually pausing every download (by right clicking then pause transfer) and not clicking on the aforementioned Pause button. This way, the task manager doesn't show any high CPU usage nor download in the background. I use Windows 10 Pro ver. 1703 (15063.608).

We are investiagting this. The high CPU usage should disappear if you leave the transfer manager (or select another tab).
