I made a fresh installation of openSUSE 42.3 KDE and there is this problem in the icon tray (black border):

MEGAsync v3.5.3 (dd89d0)

I'm using the default icons and theme.

Qt4-version 3.5.3 worked fine: image

Here, the libqt4 is 4.8.6

Sometimes the icon appears fine, sometimes doesn't -- mainly when there is some connection problem

screenshot_20180101_005454 On startup the icon is fine, the problem most of the times happens after suspension and wake up. (Fedora 27 KDE)

that's interesting ... We'll try to figure out why. Thanks for reporting

I think that is something related with the kwallet' lock. While you don't type your password in the kwallet, the internet and mega can't connect. The times that I didn't need this, the logo appeared ok

Disabling the auto startup in the app menu and enabling it in the KDE startup settings seems to solve the problem.
