That's a minor known glitch. Thanks for reporting anyway. You can click elsewhere and have access to the "Settings/Exit" popup menu. In any case, Exit & Settings are also accessible from the cogwheel at the main UI. Use left click if you won't to avoid the opening of the popup menu. Btw, there seems to be no warnings with the official RPI9 package from https://mega.nz/sync (an update is in the oven right now)
ignore the terminal output. looks like that warning is generated by any software built in my system.
Right clicking on the MEGAsync's icon in the system's tray, will cause to simultaneously open "Settings/Exit" shortcut menu, then the client's window on top, covering the "Settings/Exit" menu.
MEGAsync version: 3.6.0 (b72f46), built from source according to the instructions. OS: Raspbian 9.0 (Stretch)
Starting megasync from terminal under raspbian 9.0 will produce the following output:
pi@RPi3:~ $ megasync
libEGL warning: DRI2: failed to authenticate
(megasync:2306): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk-contained.css:2620:18: Expected a border style
libEGL warning: DRI2: failed to authenticate
under these conditions, every other functionality works fine without problems.
