Exclusion bug when renaming #718

Tested with folder, but possibly happens to files, too.

If you create a "New folder" on MEGA and rename it to an excluded pattern, cloud drive will create "New folder" and leave it there, not noticing that it became an exclusion.

Maybe it should delete that folder from cloud drive as soon as it got renamed to an excluded pattern. If that's not desirable, at least there should be no need to restart MEGAsync to be in sync again.

Hello, thank you for your video. As the file is renamed to an excluded pattern, it is expected that it will be excluded from synchronization. The new excluded file/folder name will be taken into account when the application starts again. If you do not want to restart MEGAsync, you can do it from MEGAsync, go to Settings -> General -> Force a full scan
