MEGAsync doesn't upload/download files #754

I installed the current MEGAsync Desktop App for Windows v4.7.2.0 x64 on a Windows 10 PC.

After login, the app starts to sync the folder. But the up- and download not work. The files always switch from Up/Download to restart. Only two folders and one file are uploded to the cloud.

The Welcome PDF also hang in Download.

I already reinstalled the app and also tested the 32 Bit Version and the v4.7.0.0.
