RASPBIAN 10 not updated #831

All the other os's have been updated to 4.9.x, but raspbian is still at 4.6.x.

We are still preparing for the desktop v4.9.6 release packages for Linux. Hopefully, it will come out in the following weeks. Thanks for your interest!
