Would it be possible to distribute keywords to the ACHR affected by a variant?
I imagine this would require extending the schema, to specify the keywords to add and remove when going from one state to another. This would be as if the ARMA had a keyword associated to it; however as ARMA records do not have keywords in the game, we don't expect any readers out there. Moreover, the intent here is scoped to the ACHR, so it should not affect all ARMAs globally, nor their corresponding ARMO
