[FEATURE REQUEST] support user management resources #141

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. For the enterprise use case, it would be nice to have the user management resources available via Terraform. This would allow organisations to leverage the DevOps assisted change control processes and minimise the use of the "Company Admin" role.

Describe the solution you'd like A "user" resource defined that would facilitate creation/modification/deletion of the users.

Is this feature available in the Megaport Portal? Yes, the feature is obviously available in the portal and through the API.

Hi there, just confirming that we got this and we think it's a good idea to add and have added it to our internal tracker, thank you for the suggestion!

I will keep this issue open and update it when it's complete.
