Can't repair certain TConstruct tools. #6

Currently Electrum and Shiny (and maybe others) tools can't be repaired. Using Metallurgy and ExtraTiC.

Edit: Platinum can be repaired, Shiny can't.

Unfixable. The mod-authors are aware and working on it/have fixed it in newer updates.

On second thought, there exist 1.7.10 packs without this problem

We can consider disabling the materials that can't be repaired in TConstruct or their respective mod as a last resort option.
