There is no error message when user choose system SN which is assigned to other PO# #68

2014-09-17_18-27-31 Step to reproduce:

  1. Log in like a manufacturer or EndyMed
  2. Go to Purchase Orders
  3. Choose any PO with out System SN and press Actions (View)
  4. Press "Assign System"
  5. Choose PO# of your choice
  6. Choose System SN what assign to other PO#
  7. Press "Assign"

Expected result: Error message Actual result: nothing happens

There will be better to not show the assign system in drop down list

now you should see only unassigned systems
