[ ] OrisonServer needs heavily refactored.
[ ] OrisonDirectory should be renamed to OrisonContext
[ ] Class attributed intended to be private should have an underscore
[x] There are a few TODOs listed throughout the code.
[ ] Everything needs JavaDocs
[ ] Everything needs united tested

I got a good start on this in commit ea09b5. The npm run jsdocs commands builds a markdown partial of the jsdocs. Now I just need to go through and complete the JSDocs under the /bin directory.
