Finish Documentation #6

Complete the documentation of all the features. Some key missing pieces are:

  1. Configuration options of the build, static, and serve commands.
  2. Production environment options
  3. OrisonContext usage.
  4. Hosting on Github Pages, Netlify, and Firebase
  5. Build hook integration on Netlify and Firebase
