Is the script to produce the tractography available? #1

Greetings Sir, I would like to know if the script to produce the tractography available for public use. Thank you

Dear Mr. Diakite,

The software used to produce the tractography is MRtrix 3. The script is not available for public use, but if you follow the instructions on the MRtrix website you should be able to reproduce them.
