Problem with IE8 display #123

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. timthumb.php is not working in IE8 with my web www.timesofassam.com
2. In Chrome & Safari it works fine.
3. Kindly help me

hi - works fine for me. Please give me php errors or server errors for me to be 
able to debug the issue, otherwise I shall mark as not a bug.
