Steve,

Blip tutorial here:
http://docs.tinyos.net/tinywiki/index.php/BLIP_Tutorial

refers to apps/IPBaseStation

But there is no such directory.

Can you look into this? Thanks.

The Blip tutorial refers to the version of blip as of 2.1.1.  Users of svn 
should rever to the tutorial and documentation here

Can you somehow integrate this with the tutorials page? It should be under 
network protocols.

The tutorials page is where people usually go when they need help so lets try 
to make it easy to find this tutorial you sent above through the tutorials page.
