Was the maze too dark or were you able to navigate it easily?
Nope it was the right amount of lighting!
On a scale of 1-10 how hard was the maze? Can you estimate how long it took you to complete?
After catching the red ruby, I did not saw any new lighting to catch nor jewels so I do not know if there was something else after the ruby part so I would say 5 minutes to complete!
Was the text in the first cutscene too out of place? What would you prefer instead?
I think you should remove the instructions in the cutscene because the player already read it before starting the actual game, or you could put it a second time after the cutscene ends! Otherwise, the scene is too overwhelming visually.
Was the goal of the maze clear? Do you think you could figure out the controls and goal without the tutorial book?
The goal is clear but keep the instructions I think they are super useful!
I plan to add 2-3 more mazes, all of them bigger and harder than the one in this prototype, do you think you'd need some kind of hint system? If so, what kind of hint would you like?
I do not think you need hint specifically because you already use the light orbs as guides to the player.
What do you think of the narrative so far? (feel free to explain what you think the story is)
THIS GAME IS AMAZING! I had to test your first prototype at the beginning of the semester and you definitely improved the concept of the game!!! Good job! I do not think you need to add something else!
Were there any issues I should know about? (if there was a glitch of any kind be specific so I can try and fix it!!)
Apart that I do not know if your prototype goes further than catching the ruby, no. Otherwise if that's the case, the next parts of the game did not upload on my hand you might need to fix that issue.
