From a quick glance at the header for a couple source files, it looks like this might be Apache licensed, but it would be useful to either include a LICENSE file in the top level or add a license statement to the ReadMe.
p.s. Thanks for not making a GPL wrapper for an Apache licensed product like some of the other Tess wrapper authors have rather obnoxiously done!
