Add license statement #11

From a quick glance at the header for a couple source files, it looks like this might be Apache licensed, but it would be useful to either include a LICENSE file in the top level or add a license statement to the ReadMe.

p.s. Thanks for not making a GPL wrapper for an Apache licensed product like some of the other Tess wrapper authors have rather obnoxiously done!

The license is BSD one clause.

It's just what's in the header of every file. I'll make it clear in the README.
