I just created and verified a throwaway account on disqus and verified that I could read and interact with the comments on some page that uses that. All without the whitelist enabled.
This leads me to believe that that entry (and possibly all of the others) do not require their whitelist entries anymore? Do you have any examples on where these rules are still applicable? Thanks.
