Empty icon images #7

Sometimes icon images can be blank. Investigate what causes this (perhaps empty first anim?) and fix.

Some examples from Seven Sirens: enemy_bat_electric/bat_electric.anb enemy_batgal/statue.anb (also blank sheet) enemy_cactus/cactus.anb
