Unable to edit case title without opening the case first #4

Open mehak24k opened 3 years ago

It is not possible to edit the title of a case without opening the case first. This is not optimised for fast typists. As shown below, the command edit title t:another new title can only be used after opening a case. Ideally, it should be possible to edit the title of a case without having to open it first as this would be more conducive for fast typists, especially if the typist needs to edit the titles of multiple cases.

Team's Response

We standardized all editing of details to within a case page to reduce confusion. Opening a case and editing would just be a matter of getting familiar with our program for expert users.

Reason for disagreement: Opening a case every time it needs to be edited is not just a matter of getting familiar with the program. For expert users, as they use the program many times, they will find it tedious to have to open a case every single time the title of a case needs to be edited. This behaviour is not optimised for fast-typists.
