resolved task8 part 1,2 #20

Added these test cases:

  1. Verify that the authorized user can view the upcoming event by clicking on event card
  2. Verify that the authorized user can go to the home page from the landing page if clicks on the "Join Event" link (used "Join Event" link instead of "Explore event" link, because we have test case for "Explore event")
