Hi Martin,
I attach here the version of IntegrationTestEnvironment modified to support the 
autowiring of services inside jaxrs resources. I hope it is enough clean. Give 
the eye.

Hi Martin,
here you are the diff.
Please note that this particular change would obsolete 
IntegrationTestContextLoaderListener.
