Migrate the IntegrationTestCase to a Mixin to enable support with other testing 
frameworks such as Spock.

Hi Bernardo,

This makes perfectly sense. I'm currently travelling and have access to my 
laptop only next week again, so a fix will take a few days. If you'd like to 
fix it yourself, feel free to clone the project, make the necessary changes and 
open a pull request. I'd be more than happy to merge your changes into master.
