Wallpaper quality is not very good #2

Steps to reproduce

  1. Download a image
  2. Set as wallpaper
  3. View the image quality

Expected behaviour

Wallpaper quality similar with the one that you can set from the phone wallpaper application

Actual behaviour

The wallpaper quality is not very good
