Replace or improve jekyll-tagging performance #2

Jekyll-tagging is too slow at creating tag clouds, a simple profiling shows this:

$ bundler exec jekyll serve --profile

Since it is not apparently being maintained I have to come up with a replacement or create a new one.

Closing since I forked and republished it as jekyll-tagging-lite.
