Add a message at the top of the screen when the DaisyPlayer is active #50

Some Android applications display messages, called Notifications, e.g. when a 
new email arrives. HCH would appreciate notifications to appear when the 
DaisyReader is reading a book. So I plan to add this feature. Easy :)

[This should be straight-forward to add which is why I say it's easy.]

I will see if I can include this in the September release.
