user activation code error #164

when i try to send a user activation code laravel shows this error 

Swift_TransportException
Unable to connect with TLS encryption

Did you configure your Nexmo account to send SMS? I'm afraid you have to put your own Nexmo account key to use this feature.

i am trying to send email man not sms and its SWIFT not nexmo
