The flash screen doesnt even blink for a second , its should be shown atleast for 3 seconds so that eceryone can see ghe applicatiod logo .

Splash will be seen for 3 seconds only for the first application launch or when the application is fetching the data in background. It annoying to the user is its taking 3 seconds all the time.
