Upload Works, Approval Problem #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upload is not showing up in Admin.
2.Approval takes too long for Breaking News videos.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

As mentioned at 
https://code.google.com/p/youtube-direct-lite/#Important_Caveats there's a 
delay between submission and when a video will appear in the admin interface 
due to the lag in a given video being indexed. This is unfortunately outside of 
my control.
