OD analyzer update #80

This PR adds a few features suggested by @jrbyrum13 and fixes bugs in OD analyzer:

  1. Adds serum cat tab to the metadata.xlsx to keep additional properties of sera other than positive/negative (which are kept in serum type.
  2. Adds "split subplots by" parameter in the analysis config to allow split subplots by property other than antigen (before the subplots can only be spilt by antigen).
