Throne Rooms and/or King's Courts TR2-KC3-TR #224

I propose to indicate the number of Throne Rooms and/or King's Courts 
"available". That would help mega turn planning quite much. It was actually 
available in 1.x version, but now it is removed. It is quite simple :) for TR 
or KC only, gets somewhat more complex for mix, but I guess it is still 
manageable.

E.g. TR-TR-TR-KC-KC-TR would write TR2-KC4-TR3 indicating that 1st you can play 
3 action TR-ed, then 4 actions KC-ed, then 2 actions TR-ed (I hope I got it 
right).

Also it would be useful to differentiate played "virtual" KR/KC actions from 
"real" ones. A bane-card like (but different color) indicator would be quite 
handy.
