Implement Sauna/Avanto Promo Split Pile #365

Altenberger announced a new Promo card - this one's a split pile. Needs to be implemented.

Translation in that thread of card name and content is not yet official.

Donald confirmed that the name is Sauna / Avanto in that same thread. Name aside, the English text couldn't be written any other way and be consistent with the other English cards.
