Manu Sporny open-sourced his genome and eventually he got a PR for improvements:

Noprocrast is a pretty amazing thing - it boosted subject's work efficiency from 2% to 46%.

Though this is meant as a joke (with authentic messages like Commited some changes.), there is also a fork with some serious improvements: https://github.com/cariaso/dna/commits/
