Scroll options table to actual stock price #2

Similar to robinhood UI (see image below), after they enter a ticker, auto-scroll the options table so the strike price closest to the actual stock price is at the top.

Also add the little line showing the current stock price for easy viewing.

Future Idea: include the Share Price overlay on the table so they have easy access to see the share price as they scroll thru table.
