Error while downloading the package. #35

Hi All,

I facing the following error while downloading the package:

Downloading GitHub repo meichendong/SCDC@HEAD Error in utils::download.file(url, path, method = method, quiet = quiet, : cannot open URL 'https://api.github.com/repos/meichendong/SCDC/tarball/HEAD'

Issue is resolved by downloading the tar file and installing it manually in Rstudio.
