Weird error from calling the Ensemble function #9

Any idea what this cryptic error message can be due upon calling the SCDC_Ensemble function? Error in y[y > q85] <- q85[y > q85]

Hi, thanks for using SCDC! This part of code is used to accommodate the outliers or extreme values. Would you provide more information for me to debug?

Hi,

the error appears to come from subjects with low counts or zero counts of particular celltypes. The current example in the vignette works on the premises on an intersecting celltypes between the two reference scRNASeq, is there a possibility to work on the union of celltypes between reference datasets, as many do not have a complete overlap of celltypes? One problem that could arise from this is the choice of metric for which the ensemble approach is weighted by. I
