Which front end framework should we use? #3

My initial thought is to use Flutter, but there are probably a number of other options which may be easier to work with?

We should stay within the following constraints :

The framework should support iOS and android
The framework should have python bindings, or be easily controllable through python

Two open source python (we don't need to use python, but it would be nice since that's what I'm most familiar with) based frameworks that come to mind are:

Beeware
- I have an affinity for beeware since I've contributed to this in the past. Generally, the support for different native elements are pretty limited, but we may not need some of the advanced elements anyway.
Kivy Kivy offers a uniform interface for all applications and better element support than the beeware project
