Hi!

Yesterday I installed the new docker version of Uptime Kuma and all sensors disappeared from Home Assistant. I tried it today with the previous version and it works fine.

For what it's worth, I updated to Uptime Kuma 1.23.6 today (I skipped a few version, so I didn't try 1.23.4) and it works fine for me.

Running HA 2023.11.2 and version 2.3.0 of this integration.
