Update "Configuring index settings with Meilisearch Cloud"

The Meilisearch Cloud team is in the process of deploying significant UI changes to its index settings pages.

We need to review the existing "Configuring index settings with Meilisearch Cloud" and:

• update all relevant screenshots
• update written content where possible to reflect new functionality
