Update all the guide following the creation of the cloud-providers #263

Following the modification of the DevOps tools the following repo (cloud-script, meilisearch-aws, meilisearch-gcp, meilisearch-digitalocean) have all been replaced by cloud-providers. The rc test is no longer supported by the integration team.

Check there is no other remaining point in the file, I'm not sure I saw everything

@curquiza I checked again, I didn't find anything. But I have another question, I left the logo of the old devops-tools because I wasn't sure if we don't need them one day but those ones are only meant to be displayed in the repos, right? Are the images stored elsewhere?

Will the aws, gcp, do and cloud-scripts repos be closed and now managed by the cloud-providers repository?

The product team is working on an exhaustive list of our different channels where feedback could be collected actively

@gmourier, yes, it's already the case. All cloud providers are from now on managed via the cloud-providers repo.
