In this PR, I've added a docusaurus website based on a getting started template.
This docusaurus template contains multiple pages and a searchbar that lets you search on it.
The searchbar is using your local meilisearch http://localhost:7700 and uses masterKey as api_key.
Multiple watch made have been added to smoothen the development as much as possible.
These are described in the CONTRIBUTING guide of this PR.
