Create template for content creators

Content creators need a pre-filled template to guide them when entering info. I've started this at:

I did a first version, and now @kristinwb is looking into a better way to 'formify' the way the content is entered.

Next steps:

• [ ] Create categories for the actual categories of content we need
• [ ] Adjust the 'create a page' page to let people choose categories, and load the appropriate template depending on what they select
• [ ] See where the content goes after people submit a form -- how do we tell wikidot how to display the data?
• [ ] What about tags/related content? Can wikidot create this automagically?
• [ ] What about authorship? This is currently added via template. How do we combine the template with the form data? (this might be the same question as the one about data-after-submit)
