Monitor meirim.org website to return html page #724

Currently we have monitor to the webapp that monitors that a response is received from meirim.org. Yet, an empty page is displayed when there's a server error.

We want to monitor that the response includes any content that is displayed on the website

@yaelal thank you this is great. I think we should include in the monitor more "meirim" content rather than the thing its looking for now
