Changed categorization for Camunda, added Camunda Cloud #59

The categorization is a bit confusing (we had a couple of customers asking us about it), as Camunda is also a fully-fledged product (but due to is flexibility can also be used as a library). Duplicated the entry to avoid that confusion. Additionally adjusted the Zeebe description and added Camunda Cloud as available SaaS offering around it. Would be super great if you can merge that, happy to discuss if you have any concerns
