Shard Data only sent once #17

Hi, apparently the sharding data is only sent once when the bridge starts.

This causes problems if, for example, one of the clusters dies, because it won't be able to fetch the shard data again and won't be able to restart.

Turns out setting the agent name to something other than bot is the issue.
