Move source files into a "src" folder.
Move typescript files into a "typings" folder.
Installed the "prettier" package to set up code formatting rules.
- Used the same settings that discord.js does.
Used prettier to autoformat files.
Update gitignore.

Any questions or concerns about this PR? I just want to clean up the structure a bit. There are no functional code changes.
