After clearing a user's entire list of policies, no policies are expected to be left. Therefore, it does not make sense to stay on the empty list. Also saves the user from typing one extra redundant command. In addition, the command result box provides confirmation of the user's action. Thank you!

Which shows all policies.
It would be more intuitive if the screen showed that no policies were visible for contact 2, then the user could input 'allpolicy' to see the whole list again.
